liar analysis of brief (preliminary task)

L - A masthead suitable to my magazine, but bold enough so it’s the first thing the reader notices
A main image medium close up of a person to represent the college and give the reader a hint as to what’s inside the magazine and the characters face should be clear and looking straight at the audience
A bold house style of 2-3 colours I can run through the magazine
Some small images that represent what is inside that represent the articles
A price and barcode this will make the reader more inclined to buy it if they know how much it will cost
A few lines along the bottom of the page to tempt the reader into going further
And maybe a competition or free gift as this works on persuading the target audience into buying
I - I could produce a magazine for publishers like PPA (professional publishers association)because there publications are similar to my magazine but are not in other ways like their target audiences are similar but the genre of magazine is different.
I – some moral values my magazine should cover will be some social issues that affect my target audience such as drugs and STIs
A - My target audience should be people attending college around the age group of 16-20+ and I should also think about the students’ parents and guardians as well as they would also fit with the magazine
R – I intent for my college to be represented positively and stereotypically as this creates a feeling of normality when the audience reads the magazine
